President & Founder
I have a passion for people, culture, and leadership. In my over 20 years of experience in education and over 15 years of leadership, I bring a unique perspective of educational leadership, organizational culture, and an understanding of people. As a current practitioner, I have developed my own practices based on research, best practices, and my own experiences. Doing so has allowed me to develop a strong organizational culture with successful outcomes.
Being an elementary school principal for over 15 years in both an urban and suburban district, I have diverse experience leading, coaching, teaching, and building a successful school. In 2018, I obtained my Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Miami University of Ohio, coupled with a superintendent licensure.
My passion began while growing up in a family of educators who loved their jobs. I realized that doing what you love in your profession was important and essential to a balanced wellbeing as a human. I double-majored in psychology and education at The College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio. While teaching, I noticed that the most successful teachers used instructional coaches and principals to help them grow and reflect. I became intrigued with the concept of instructional leadership, and pursued a Masters in educational leadership at The Ohio State University to become a principal.
Despite my credentials, I consider my greatest strengths being my ability to reflect, understand people, and analyze culture and systems. I LOVE what I do and I have a passion for helping others learn, grow and find purpose in any situation.

“Maximizing success begins with culture. Maximizing culture begins people. maximizing people begins with you.”
